Meet the Samadhi mobile outreach team. Samadhi’s Mobile Outpatient team allows us to reach individuals in Ulster County that previously lacked services. Street outreach includes assisting individuals with social services paperwork, facilitating intakes into treatment, providing food, water, and other basic needs, providing emotional and recovery support through shared experience, distributing harm reduction materials, providing court advocacy, and providing transportation to necessary appointments.
